St. James’ will be holding Ash Wednesday activities on Wednesday, February 22. It will be a day of games, crafts, singing, learning, food, and lots of fun. The day is open to all children from Junior Kindergarten through grade 12. Registration forms will soon be available. Please bring a food item to be donated to the Food Bank. Registration will start at 8:30 a.m. and the day will end at 3:15 p.m.

Wednesday February 29, 2012 - Lenten Study begins

Coming up in Lent: A 5-week study of “The Prodigal God: Recovering the Heart of the Christian Faith” by Timothy Keller. The sessions will involve viewing video segments and discussions. The series starts Feb. 29 at 7:30pm at St. James’. Participants’ books cost $13 and the deadline for registering is Feb. 20 so that sufficient copies may be ordered.
